i dont want to upgrade to windows 7 so any one have idea or patch whatever you say to make the game run on windows xp

It looks like its a DirectX 10 only game, and will not run on any (older) versions of DirectX. There had been some projects to get DX10 to work on XP but I don't think any of them ever worked well enough for anyone to swear by them. Note, Windows 7 comes with DirectX11, DX10 started with Vista. Your best bet, since there seems to be BIG news about this compatibility, would be to see if the game developer ever releases a patch to let it play on XP or not.

Google around, there is a fix to play on XP. Cant link to it, as it is not made by the developers. :rolleyes:
