which component should i keep to support Windows System Assessment Tool? I chose advanced mode.

My hunch would be windows encoders/decoders. I say this because if you've ever watched the SAT compile data, it both encodes and decodes media as part of the process.

When I remove the "windows help",all the ".chm" can not be opend.How to solve this problem?Somebody help~

I have found 2 Bugs (only for chosen "advanced"):

1) when I chose "advanced" the IE8 is always away, also when I have not choiced it, to delete or to inactivate.

2) I can not install afterward any themes.

I believe that i am not the first one who has detected these bugs. Can you fix it ? that would be great.

There is a service which is through the "advanced" opinion deactivated and because of this I can not install themes afterwards.

A similar reason I think is with the IE8, I have not marked it to inactivete it, but it is not instelled and i can't start the IE8.

I have now install FF and it works very well. But I think there is a bug.

As I recall from previously using the advanced option, I think the themes service and themes are completely removed. I would suggest creating your own custom profile to suit your needs. I would be willing to help you with this if you can tell me what options/features you would like to leave intact.

Nope. vLite and RT7 Lite do not play nice together. And AFAIK, you cannot integrate Windows 7 updates with vLite.

Question about build 2.2.0:

v.178 Windows 7 SP1 is Wave0 meaning it supports only 5 languages.

Due to this i can't install any language pack that isn't in any of those 5 languages on a SP1 system and can't install SP1 on a system that has one such LP installed.

So the question arises:if i integrate both the LP and SP1 with RT 7 Lite - will the image boot and work correctly?

Or does RT 7 Lite prevent the conflict from happening?

If someone here has an Win7 image with SP1(v178) and not one of these LP-s(English (US), French, German, Japanese, or Spanish (Traditional) working correctly then let me know

Hi,

I just discovered the following error in windows management console, while editing users group memberships OR creating new users and trying to make them 'POWER GROUP' members. In either case the list of items doesnt get displayed at all. I have tried very hard looking for solution but couldnt find it anywhere. The only way to create user is by using the control panel and making it either STANDARD OR ADMINISTRATOR.

Thank you for your offering to help me to customize my Win7 with 7lite.

For me all the features in "advanced" are very good except Themes and Services Configuration. Also the IE 8 could stay for me.
