MagicAndre1981
install a VM and setup the location to Spain and wait till the update is shown.
submix8c
May work, but maybe not in VPC, since it sync's to the Host by default/design to prevent "pirating" (AFAIK, VPC does it, not the Time Sync service). Worth a shot...
ricktendo
There was a webpage with a reg entry that had something to do with "Browser Choice Display Implementation Note for System Administrators" but the page is dead, MS took it down IDK whyhttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/2019180/Found here: http://kbupdate.info/internet-explorer-8-ie8-msie8.php Edited February 24, 2010 by ricktendo64
MagicAndre1981
May work, but maybe not in VPC, since it sync's to the Host by default/design in VirtualBox you can disable host sync., but the time is irrelevant for the update. The only important thing is the location, which must be inside a country of the EU and you have to set up the IE as your default browser.
