Guest rockyrockrock Posted June 14, 2009 Posted June 14, 2009 I already verified my account status by linking it to my bank account. I submitted my routing number and everything. After I sent money to test out the service, I got this page.http://img199.imageshack.us/img199/7761/51738480.jpgWhat is this page for and why is it asking for my bank account info, even though it already has the info?
gamehead200 Posted June 14, 2009 Posted June 14, 2009 Your best bet would be to contact PayPal. It's never given me that page.
mglatfelterjr Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 (edited) Looks like a legit PayPal page. When you are on PayPal, make sure that you see the padlock in your browser, not on the page, but in your browser window. You can always send pages that don't look right to PayPal just send them to spoof@paypal.com. Never goto PayPal from within an email, always open a new browser window and type in www.paypal.com. Any email you get from PayPal will have your name, not Dear PayPal user or PayPal subscriber, they will always address you with you name or business name. Also you should get a PayPal Security Token, it makes your account safer and only costs a one time 5.00 dlls. I hope this was helpful. Edited June 15, 2009 by mglatfelterjr
Tripredacus Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 You may get this message if you change your default address or try to specify another one. Paypal recently did an overhaul and honestly, I added my bank account over 5 years ago so I can't remember if something like that happened to me.
