hal.dll not found when started 2nd stage

Comrades, help!

Got an Acer Aspire One with Linpus installed, installed there 1.8" hard drive (from ziv mini), tried to install WinXP from stick.

Stage 1 went normally, when started stage 2 got a message "hal.dll not found, please reinstall".

Can't find anywhere about the problem. Can't believe it's my personal disaster
