Comrades, help!

Got an Acer Aspire One with Linpus installed, installed there 1.8" hard drive (from ziv mini), tried to install WinXP from stick.

Stage 1 went normally, when started stage 2 got a message "hal.dll not found, please reinstall".

Can't find anywhere about the problem. Can't believe it's my personal disaster :(
