Install XP from USB stick (text setup) to USB stick?

I looked at ngine's site, here it says:

8) Inject the changed files into the ISO

Open your Windows CD image again with WinISO. Navigate to the I386 folder, and delete the following files from the ISO, saving the changes to the ISO afterwards:

But according to this screenshot

press for screenshot, could not thumbnail it, the format is not jpg

There is no i386 directory. is it changed to oem or some other directory? Has anyone tried a usb to usb install?

The $WIN_NT$.~LS is the XP Setup Source folder containing I386 Folder.

and use Make_USB.exe to make your Bootable USB-drive,

containing the FULL XP Source folder with the unchanged CD-content.
