Harley
My 10GB c is too small. Purchased a new faster 30 GB. Installed 30GB as D. From the run line: XCOPY32 C:*.* D: /H/E/R/C/K/SThere is no XCOPY32, so changed to XCOPY C:*.* D: /H/E/R/C/K/S. It looked like it was copying all of the files, in short, it didn't work. This has worked very well, many times with 98 to copy to a new drive, switch D to C and the new 30GB is now C. Any suggestions?
Micropocalypse
use drive image, you can get it at warez sites, and on irc, or you can buy it(but would anyone on this forum do that when its on irc?)
Alister
You can also use Norton Ghost. Ghost 2002 works perfectly with XP.Alister
Snaptrap
Acronis True Image 11.0 has more options that any current image creator. I used Ghost 2003 but changed over when I wanted more customization with what I wanted to do with my image.
nitroshift
I second Acronis True Image.@MicropocalypseAs a piece of advice, don't mention warez here as it is NOT tolerated at all. Have you read our rules?
