I cannot seem to get my Autounattend.xml to skip user creation and to logon as administrator Automatically .. although all is good in the XML.

Not a 100% certain here as you don't seem to show your entire xml. Pretty sure for this to work as stated you will need to include the user info as well in the OOBE pass, it has been documented on this board previously.

So Far I fixed it, added the user as you said .. Will report back ;)

This is the auto logon portion from the xml file thats placed into the panther folder after windows installs so without a doubt this works:
