xlfdll
I don't know this.An example, if I use Intel Core 2 Duo E series now, however I want to replace it with one Intel Core 2 Quad processor.Should I do something with this Vista system or I didn't need to do anything with it???(Like replace the kernel files, etc)Thank You. Tripredacus
No, whether you are using a dual or quad CPU, it is still the same HAL.DLL so you won't have to worry. When you boot up for the first time, Vista will silently detect and install the new processor and will make any changes without you knowing. At worse, it will pop activation but I doubt it.
