Anyone know how to LOCK the taskbar on the desktop??

Im thinking it might just be a reg setting...... (It would be nice getting rid of that line next to the word 'Start' )

I think Revolutions Pack does it, if you are willing to try.

Uberskin will do it, and it's newer than RP.
