It happens when you integrate the DST fix from M$ updates. I wish they would fix it...

I also got the Kabul time zone, and yes I used the 951072 v2. tried this last week, central time zone usa.

using latest nlite 1.4.9.1. no other issues. otherwise, install went smoothly. maybe next time i will try the slip cab the other guy posted.

i just tried with v2 of the hotfix and the problem still persists

I have a similar problem which is as follows....

I set the timezone to GMT since I live in the UK with nLite and end up with the timezone from Afghanistan!!!! come on MS get with it will you for crying out loud jeez!!!!

All other settings are fine though (thankfully!!!)

i was having the same problem.

the problem is nlite i think.. not microsoft.
