Removing Help and Support Center

After removing the Help and Support Center from my XP install, when I press F1 an error message still pops up. This definitely loads a little faster than the whole Center, but is there anyway to remove the error message from popping up? Thanks in advance!

Don't press F1 when you removed the whole thing

OR

Don't remove Help Center.

I really fail to understand the logic behind this...
