How can i Edit winntbbu.dll-Please help

Some one please help me.

I m a bigginer and i have stucked here in editing winntbbu.dll

In the pdf manual of msfn.org its written to use ResEdit for editing

SO, I downloaded it !

ResEdit 1.3.7

But i cant open .dll files in it

Resedit has only the option of .rc files to be opened!

So temme how can i edit winntbbu.dll

Warning ! Don't ask many questions, this is a forum, lot of answers are already present, search & read ...

For your question, make sure you use ResEdit from TFTSoft. The latest version is 2.20

As the owner of this site just sayd... you need to use ResEdit (you willl find that on google) and another usefull program named Compression Bin (also findable on google). If you want more help, my id is tunning_xp. I just send you an I.M. on that adress, I'm waiting for your response. Cheers!
