Uh-uh... same version, also same as FileHippo. Original link is to an Inno-unpacked "stand-alone" (no uninstaller).

You have something else installed (like 98-ME or Kex)? Probably confusing the Everest since it (also probably) takes a different execution "call" path depending on called module versions...
