I have got ResHacker already buddy but im having trouble replacing the avi's with the new ones at the moment lol!!

U may try restorator.

Just drag&drog avi files inside...

Move.avi=>AVI/160

Copy.avi=>AVI/161

Delete.avi=>AVI/162

Ok i need to sort these out since the animation is too far to the right i have tried to use modifype on them but im not sure if im doin it right... please help.

Also you may use VideoMach to compress your avi files with RLE method.

Its best to use the compressed ones, this way shell32.dll will not get too big and cause the error i posted on 1st page

The Vista ones work perfectly and look great. Even on 2000!

Except there's no way to add in the Copying Files/Moving Files/Deleting Files counter on it without sending the task to a third party program.
