I don't normally use a connection logging program,but i've just installed DU meter,so i'll post my results when February is over.

At a rough estimate i probably download between 15 & 20Gb a month,and upload between 5 & 10Gb a month.

I'm on an ASDL connection (512k Down & 256k up)

Connection time is about 6-8 hours a day

Connection speed: 56K Modem with 2 hourly disconnection

Was even higher in November when I was downloading alot of progs, had the puter running constant 24/7.

now not looking so much for progs and have decided to wait until i move to go broadband before running ne more figures like that

I'll probably get NTL Cable when I move into a rented house (where NTL is f***ing available! lol) with my mates when I start Uni in sept (if I ever get a place!)
