I've never noticed this line in cmdlines.txt, do I need it? What does it do?

"rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection nLite.inf,nLiteReg"

But when I nlited wxp x64, that line was not inserted in my cmdlines.txt.

Thank you.

nLite integrate and write cmdlines itself when integrate, you don't need to worry about that.

Yea ! that true nLite.inf may contains yours tweaks and settings....so don't remove...and no need to worry.

Thanks guys for info.

But i have a different line after using nLite ! why ?

"rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection nLite.inf,U"

I want to know the different between

this line in cmdlines.text in first post :

rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection nLite.inf,nLiteReg

and this in my cmdlines.txt :

rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection nLite.inf,U

can any one give me info please.

nLite.inf must have a section named [nLiteReg]

Its mean....the command whats or which section of INF going to execute during runtime

  • 1 year later...

What exactly does

rundll32 advpack.dll

do in that line?
