I have installed nLite RC2 and then the nLite Framework. When I get to the part when you locate the Windows Installation, I receive an error. The error reads: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application [...] Could not load file or assembly 'ncab [...] or one of its dependencies.

I get the same error on multiple fresh installs.

Don't use nLite Framework. Uninstall it and then install full .NET Framework 2.0.

Well, I would rather not install .NET Framework because I only use it for nLite. nLite Framework is also a lot cleaner than the original, meaning the uninstallation doesn't leave anything behind.

If I have no choice but to use .NET, then I'll use it, otherwise, I'll use the alternative.

@nuhi: The nLite framework worked fine with the previous releases.
