uATX, so are we talking about the small form factor PSU or the "standard" PSU size?

You know, I've been looking all day, and the best I found was a 400 watt microATX psu. I was interested in the laydown cases, but i think i'll stick with standard ATX, even if it is twice as high.(3 inches, 6 inches)

Those are called desktop cases.

You can get microATX desktop cases that use standard sized power supplies. Here's an example:

What kind of hardware are you planning on putting in the system? You may not need more than a 380-400W PSU.

If you're really looking for a uITX system, then you won't need a PSU as big as those - a picoPSU like device should suit you fine.
