WLM 8.1.0178 doesnt install...still only MSN 4.7

I added WLM 8.1.0178(the 1 from the addon list on this site) last to my addon list, but when I check the version after install its still 4.7.

Is it possible I need to enable RunOnce or something like that?

Any ideas?

I know the original WLM msi installer is NOT svcpack compatible, Shark007 has one that is http://picsbook.net/shark007/index.html

He also has a tutorial so you can edit the MSI with Orca to make it compatible with svcpack and admin install so you can patch and replace the DLLs with aPatch or Messpatch
