AgiHammerklau
@FlipFlopsStill don´t know, what you guys are doing, it´s working flawless for me, ever since.Don´t think it´s the NetDDE, in your case. You removed lots of drivers and components, but didn´t integrate any own drivers or hotfixes.Did you use an already nlited source ?If your using SATA, it´s obvious, why it fails.Btw. this thread is for windows 2000 ! FlipFlops
Yes, I know it's for 2K, but I had the exact same problem in XP...figured it was somewhat relevant. Sorry!I have used a fresh source each time. No add ons, patches, or anything extra. It's not a huge deal for me to use 1.35 anyways, this was just for my Eee PC install. Raiker
I didnt have time to read all 3 pages, but this happened to me yesterday and it was caused by installing the 2k extra tools (the ones that include the reg.exe that makes nlite's runonce work) into the system32 directory, dont know if any other directory is ok, but that one didnt let setup finish, i simply did not install it and voila.
