Ikernel.exe problem

When ever i try to install program or games , few of that game or application can not be installed, it shows that installsheld engin (ikernel.exe) could not be launched. The RPC server is unavaible.

But i checked services.msc to enable RPC.

It wants to say "DCOM Server Process Launcher", but for some reason it can't...

Also, you could check for "Windows Installer" and "Cryptographic services".

guy it's not working, please check where is wrong with me.

what i did is i extracted the archive, used the command "expand -r ikernel.ex_" and ikernel.exe came up in the same folder as the extracted files and copied ikernel.exe into windows\system32. now when that message appears, i quit the setup, click start>run>ikernel.exe>OK and then run the setup that gives the error

but I haven't found a proper fix.
