    hello

    this is very interesting script, but i would like to know if it works in XP and especially in an nlite-modified-XP that i think managing users, etc have been removed, also it does not have password to log-in

    one would say i should just try, but it's that i don't want to break the system, so any advice welcome

    looking for a keyboard

    can you tell me please a keyboard with as many as possible customizable keys at left up or down side of the keyboard

    the best would be to be splitted in two halfs and have a touchpad and some basic keys like ENTER, DELETE, etc betweet the two splitted parts of the QWERTY

    also a plus is to be slim (like notebook's keyboard)

    In PDF files, there are often reference numbers, which correspond to a reference at the bottom of the PDF file. These reference numbers appear as either superscript or a number inside parenthesis or brackets. Here is an example:

    This appears at the first page of the PDF file:

    This appears at the one before the last page of the PDF file:

    124624.png

    is there a way to display the reference in a tooltip, when I hover over the reference number? or any other way to be able to see the reference AS I see the reference number, without having to scroll down and search for the reference?

    list styles in ms word

    in "list styles" of ms word 2003, if I set multilevels, how do I pass to the next level? eg, if I have set 1st level like "1. 2. 3." and second level as "a) B) c)" what do I type to make ms word realize that now I want to start " a) B) c) " ?

    blue screens diagnostic algorithm

    not sure if the blue screen wrote something in EventLog

    but I found these errors/warnings:

    "TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts."

    "The General Purpose USB Driver (e4ldr.sys) service failed to start due to the following error:

    The system cannot find the file specified."

    "Your computer was not able to renew its address from the network (from the DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address 0015D439155F. The following error occurred:

    The operation was canceled by the user. . Your computer will continue to try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP) server."

    my pc is a notebook with WinXP SP3, Intel dual core processor, ethernet attached adsl modem (or router, not sure), usb attached printer (mostly closed), 2GB RAM

    Power consumption: printing = approx 11W

    Standby = approx 1W

    OFF = .5 W

    you would need a brick or unplug for it to draw 0.

    printing takes few minutes, standing by may take hours, days, months so the energy loss is considerable

    I need it to close completely (as when I click the power button), because even in stand-by, it consumes energy

    so I print something, then I leave, why it stays in stand-by? I need it to close
