I know how to do it the tools>folder options way but how can you add it into an unattended install? I added the context menu and then in the registry I looked in hkcr\ but couldn't find anything.

well you could back up your i386\lang on your desktop or something, copy a fresh i386\lang from your cd (any svc pack will do) again, removing only the keyboard support you don't want That would be the easy way out

Well for those office stuff, set the transforms file that you use in the installation to place whatever icons on desktop. If you don't know what a transforms is, go to and download office 2003 orktools. If you use office xp, search google for office xp resource kit, same for office2k Find out the silent switches for cisco vpn over the net and add it to your unattended installations. I'm thinking you can use Autoit scripts for those other settings but I'm not really good with Autoit, all I know is basic scripting, so look over the net

I think you can use the windowsmedia10update_name.exe /Integrate:%windowssourcelocation%\ switch, but i'm not sure. If this works then it should work with nLite as well.

This topic has been covered quite a few times but the solutions don't seem to work. How do you bypass the upgrade prompt in windows xp home upgrade setup? This is where I use my windows 98 CD. I copied the win98 dir from the windows 98 cd into my xp home source but it still asks for my original cd even if I press enter. What file from my win98 cd does the upgrade versions look for, so I can put it on my xp cd?

Its kinda messy but you could save your publisher work in html format and open it in word. You will have to rearrange some pictures and text but it works I got bored. So I did it for you. The alignment etc is probably all wrong but you can adjust it and save it as a new .dot or .doc or whatever file and send it out. I dont have the Beach and Beach Extended font so you may have to change that mspub_doc_templates.rar Give them a go

Well AutoRecover probably snatched a copy of your essay if you were on it for more than 10 mins-i think the default setting is ten minutes... Open word and if autorecover did save a copy then it should automatically come up on the task pane but otherwise
