  1. Because it caused BSODs in some cases. As for your second question, check DriverPack Sound A: a control panel is included.
  2. OK, when I read this, I think you did this: 1. Slipstreamed my DriverPacks, using the KtD option. 2. Slipstreamed SP2. Conclusion: you should do it the other way around!
  3. BTS DriverPacks BASE V5.11.5 Changelog: V5.11.5 (12 Nov 05) -Changed: [DPB]: BTS_DPs_finish.cmd: changed the default temporary directory for extraction. Download Known issues -none

  5. I split a topic and instead of 1 new topic, 1 got TWO: one WITH all posts, and one without a single post... The one without can be found here.
  6. Where do you see that "Trying to integrate..."???
  7. Ehm... isn't that normal? That's what's written everywhere. Subdirectories are only possible on a floppy. The txtsetup.sif method would have worked too. P.S.: could you please tell me on what motherboard this was?
  8. Restart from scratch, that's the easiest solution.
  9. You can find a list of required files in the [sourceDisksFiles] section of the .inf file
  10. May I ask why you want to change this?
  11. Try the NSP folder.
  12. You removed all drivers with nLite, propably? :sarc:
  13. @Vid0: when compressed (7zip compression, method 2), the difference in size is neglible. I do this to keep them separated from the beginning: support for more devices will be added in the future, without a doubt. @Vier: please tell me if you still have this problem with DriverPack Graphics A, which will be released tonight. @Dynaletik: yes, I know . DriverPack Graphics A V5.11 will be available within a couple of hours. EDIT: DriverPack Graphics A V5.11 is online. Topic closed and unpinned.
  14. Use a non-IE brower or disable all ActiveX options in IE, and spyware won't have a chance anymore! (Admitted, if very n00b-ish people use the pc, it won't matter...) Error fixed, topic closed.
  15. I moved it, as you can see I'll downdate nVidia's graphics driver to ForceWare 78.01, then.
  16. OK, I'll use a dir in %SystemRoot% in the next version of the DriverPacks BASE, then. Problem solved by implementing request, topic closed.
  17. That's what I can read on their website, yes. But are there newer drivers or not?
  18. It isn't the 5.11 driver that has been included...
  19. Eh :s Could you be more specific?
  20. DriverPack Graphics A V5.10 should work just fine.
  21. BTS DriverPacks BASE V5.11.4 Changelog: V5.11.4 (11 Nov 05) -Fixed: [DPB]: BTS_DPs_finish.cmd: fixed 2 typo's. -Fixed: [DPB]: BTS_DPs_M3.cmd: fixed 1 bug. Download Known issues -none
  22. DriverPack Graphics B V5.11.1 Supported devices. Changelog: V5.11.1 (11 Nov 05) -New: support for S3 Twister graphics card. -Changed: added an edited .inf file for the S3 Trio 2D/3X driver, on request. Download
