    zip it with 7-Zip into a 7z file (with Ultra compression). this will reduce the size o lot.

    Hi, follow my guide: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=140262 and speed up your Windows boot. For the shutdown, the MS SQL Server service hangs too long. Also the event log and the AntiVir service take to long to stop. For hibernation/standby, the Intel graphic driver sometimes takes to long to resume. Are you using the latest Intel driver? André

    it can be done with this tool: http://www.coderforlife.com/projects/win7boot/ The idea, is to hack the bootres.dll, sign it again and let Windows think "yes, this file is valid". But, on a German Windows, it doesn't work.

    why was this CleanCut theme removed? I selected it this morning. It looked much better than this orange/blue theme.

    @hmirza11 from the trace I can't see the causing driver (<UNKNOWN>). The only thing you can do is to create complete dump: when you have the high DPC usage again and ask cluberti to look at it.

    the plugin host is called: plugin-container.exe and you can disable it in about:config by setting the value dom.ipc.plugins.enabled to false.

    I see that the USBport.sys takes to long too long to complete some DPCs. But what I can see is that you have some Regular CPU usage spikes caused by the new plugin host program of Firefox.
