My solution:

Ok there is an issue replace the globals.js in your freshly extracted wpi folder with this one. NOT the one you have tried to run. globals.js

Why is a un-configured wpi just thrown onto a usb drive and then expected to be use-able? There are so many things that could be wrong with this..... Also did you read the MANUAL and LOOK for the CONFIG button????

Upload your userfiles and themes folders in a archive and pm them to me. I want to look into this.

is the server connection lost during reboot? Can you copy that main wpi folder to the end machine via server during the first process?

OK for SOME unremembered reason we didn't add the special command support in the execute after and before lines. So for cmd styles you would add the ACTUAL command: Execute after: Regedit /s %path%\reg.reg (As noted in recent post I am not actively developing WPI for a long time so who knows when that will change?)

I have been watching these videos and am COMPLETELY astounded at the extreme learning curve it takes to figure that POS out. I mean seriously NO video tuts from MS? NO world-wide classes? I wonder what sh*t is in there people haven't even found yet... I am not relearning a OS just to have to get a metric crapload of extra files\programs to do the simplest of things. (LIKE PLAY A FRIGGIN DVD!!!!)

I have the answer to your issue. BUT! let me remind you WPI is NOT free for business use.
