Ok the full WGA tool will run on each boot and warn you if the system is not genuine. Plus it will phone home peridically to ask if your still legit. The simple legit check is just a dll that sits in your system and will allow ms downloads. (Provided you are legit) Personally I hate extra crap running on startup. If you are interested in just the bare legit check I made an addon for it here: http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=827 With an addon you add it into the hotfix section of nLite and it will get integrated.

I was just saying it sounds REALLY fishy he forgot BOTH his user-name and password. I can understand the password but what, has he been in jail for the past year? What I have done before and will work on most users PC's is boot into safe mode and log in with the defualt administrator account. (You would be suprised how many people don't even think of that account.) From there you have total control of the system. I am not sure but the link you provided goes along with the warez\cracks rule. I respect you oneless but I feel the need to state my opinion tonight so please don't get upset at me.

OK first off the **** uxtheme file has NO need to be hacked for this theme! It is an official theme. Which Royale theme are you using again? the Media Center One (One color choice) Or the luna one (4 color choices) I will make you a new luna.theme file and we should be able to trick windows into making it defualt.

@slimy there is no need for this with office 2007. All you do for the updates is place them in the updates folder and during install it will automatically run them..

Nero 7 caused the issue in my system and even uninstalling it didn't fix it...

Some users have experienced this error with nero 7 installed.

Ok some addons will allow uninstallation and most addons are installed to the defualt dir. so for most of them yes it will be fine...

Oh der I get what you mean. You need to do some work or just download nLite from here http://www.nliteos.com/ and run it selecting your source and then the create iso option. Information needs to be added to the cd to make it bootable and nLite can do that fer you.

Are you talking your config file? Or are you asking about your runonceex file? What script are you talking about? P.S. The config files are and have always been backwards compatable so if it is your config file post it here so we can look at it. (Please post it as an attachment.)

#1 "nLite is not to be used for commercial purposes" #2 Disable Windows file protection. It is in the options section. under the Patches tab.

Run WPI and then post your log file or at least a section of it. That is why the log exists for troubleshooting problems like this...
