Will that tool XP - MAC OS work on 2k3? I know most everything that works with XP works with 2k3, drivers and such.

Anyone have suggestion? Norton 4 does not work support servers, but it does workstations.. but my 2k3 machine is a workstation

If you're using an Nvidia card, make sure you have the patch for it. And make sure you have any other patches the Rockstar released for the game. If all else fails, go back to 2k It's not like 2k is bad.. hell, it's ALMOST as good as 2k3.

Got it fixed. Just did a clean install of 2k3, everything runs perfect

Nevermind, it was because I didn't have my video card driver installed. Duh.

You know in Windows you can set your homepage as your background. Well I was thinking, someone could make a really clean, nice looking flash menu and put it in a webpage and save it to your hard drive, and set it as your homepage, and have it as your background. So like.. you could arrange everything the way you want, have nice looking buttons, etc. Make the links so when you click on them, they open a file on your hard drive. Know what I'm talking about? If not, I'll try to explain a little better. Wish I knew how to use my flash..

Do you know if WCIII ran without the expansion?

Nope, that didn't fix it. Now when it brings me back to my destop, the contrast is really high and the only way to fix it is to restart. Any more ideas? Try 2k driver?

I have the latest drivers, I'm about to get the patch now. Didn't even think of that. I'll post soon to let know whether it worked. About the driver. I BELIEVE I have the latest Driver. Everything works right. I downloaded the latest thing I could find from Nvidia - 45.24_win2kxp. I think I'm using the XP driver. Would it make a difference to use the 2k driver? They need a driver for my card thats made for 2k3 But I'm getting the patch now.

I just installed Warcraft III on my PC (it's not bootlegged). I'm running Windows Server 2003. And yes I have taken all the steps to make the server into a workstation. I only have one other game installed as of right now, which is Quake III. It runs beautifully. Now WC3, it installed fine, but when I open it, I get the intro blizzard thing, and I press mouse 1 to skip that. When I do that, it shows my taskbar, and I can see the program in the taskbar, but then it just shuts off. Just like that. Any idea what can be causing it? P4 2.53 GHz Geforce FX 5600 256mb 256mb RAM 30 Gig HDD Windows Server 2003 I appreciate any help.
