hi all, Thnx for the small idea bits u all gave.. i found it myself... after that i realised that we should at time think out of box also... the soultion was ... just select the user name from the user list [user name box] and then press "DEL" button... heee the uname that i dont want to see n that box dissappears..... hats off to M$ ...... regards, OOtsoo

hi , I wanted to post this long time ago ... found time to do it now,, actually i follow this procedure to enter the forum... 1. i reach msfn.org site. 2. i click forums link found in that page. 3. then (login) link found near Welcome guest. 4. I will say error in login and will ask for user name n pass... here the remember me check box is checked by default.. Can u please make it unchecked as default.. coz i use a common machine in this insitute to browse ..so this causes havoc while other person trys to login his account immediately... can u help me out.. regards, Ootosoo

hey all, m back to querying process... yesterday i kissed my comp and i installed Win 2000 professional [w/o any service packs]. every thing was fine till here............... then i got SP4 (service pack version 4 ) for that and i updated the OS with that. after here i was suprised by random behaviour of my comp.... 1. When i explore my sytem (windows + e) and do it once more then it is saying a memory exception. I dont have any applications or daemons running behind. also i have 256mb ram. 2.Inside the folders (or any where inside my computer) when i wish to view a webpage it is not supported.." right clicking and view as web page " is missing...when i go to folder option /web page option also is not succeding,, actually the size remaining in the particular drive etc can be seen if u see as a web page.. so genies please tell me wat i should do now????? expecting ur valuble suggestions and solutions regards ootsoo

I have developed a dialog based applicatioin on which i placed a list control.I want to enable drag and drop facility for the list control.I could do the drag and drop facility from list control to the expolorer.But this facility from the explorer to the list control can not be done.The frame work not suporting the drop facility for the dialog and the list control. How can i enable either the dialog or the list control with the drag and drop facility.Is there any functions that i can override and make it possible? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi all, I have a small problem with MSDN helping thru Visual Studio. First i had installed visual studio [for main application VC IDE].... After a fews i installed MSDN. now when i try to seek help thru visual studio, the ide pops an error that MSDN is not installed ... is there any way to say VC that i have installed msdn at that particualar location? so that i can seek help thru VC itself... expecting ur earliest replies. domo arigato regards, Ootsoo
