  1. Why are you not just saving the registry changes after you have installed and registered your virus checker. Then you would just do virus checker silent install if you have the switches for the program then import your registry settings.
  2. I would use installwatchpro it is free originally made by epsilonsquared. but no longer supported here is link Download
  3. @ newprouser, there is also free MiniTool Partition Wizard you could give that a try.
  4. A dell OEM SLP cd will only activate on a Dell computer.
  5. try to update the innounp.exe file in the %programfiles%/universal extractor/bin directory. innounp.exe according to innounp forum
  6. You have only set region and locale for windows PE pass you need to add settings to oobe also. <settings pass="oobeSystem"> <component name="Microsoft-Windows-International-Core" processorArchitecture="x86" publicKeyToken="31bf3856ad364e35" language="neutral" versionScope="nonSxS" xmlns:wcm="http://schemas.microsoft.com/WMIConfig/2002/State" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"> <InputLocale>0809:00000809</InputLocale> <SystemLocale>en-UK</SystemLocale> <UILanguage>en-US</UILanguage> <UserLocale>en-UK</UserLocale> </component>
  7. Van I just downloaded this it has been updated it is Innosetup now and exe is now called mzbackup.exe.
  8. If you are using original restore cd i,e, oem slp cd then winnt.sif is already on cd in i386 folder.
  9. No that is not possible, when you installed only 1 image from Install.wim would have been used i,e, Win7 Home.
  10. You don't need to remove the cd just don't press any keys when it says Press any key to boot from CD and setup will continue.
  11. If you don't want to see Press any key to boot from CD you need to delete BOOTFIX.BIN from i386 folder .
  12. maxXPsoft, I can't find your .cmd file on MDL. Do you use a different UserID there? How about a link to your post? I am not sure what you mean about removing other languages. I followed the instructions in the MDL thread (searching for en-us, etc) and installed SP1 with no problems. It looks like to me that I have removed all languages other than neutral and en-us. Enjoy, John. Here is Link to sp1rc.cmd
  13. No one can ever help you without examples of you scripts you need to post what you have done.
  14. Why don't you try making some autoit scripts to use these program rather than asking if these things can be incorporated into Se7en_UA this is not the sole purpose of the program also there is whole section on Customizing Windows
  15. Hi, why do not release only one release on RT7? Is not possible one release for SP1 and no SP1 SYSOP ? bYe How can you release an app for a beta program i.e. SP1 you never know what M$ could change before it is final.
  16. I see what you mean now. Nothing illegal going on here (if that's what you're getting at). I have here 15 custom built PC's and 15 OEM boxes of Windows 7. They all have a different key and need online activation. Does that clear that part up? If I say auto-activation is not needed I mean that I will do that later on manually... Online activation is indeed needed whatsoever. I wasn't implying anything illegal, it was when grabben mention autoactivating scripts for windows 7. People on MSFN have been working with OEM SLP cd for years just look at OEMScan - Automated Multi Manufacture Pre-Activation Utility
  17. I maybe getting mixed up here but xof is saying OEM not OEM:SLP but they could be OEM:SLP just he hasn't mentioned it
  18. You make an sfx with either winrar or 7-Zip that does also work.
  19. change like this [Cyberlink] REM http://www.gocyberlink.com/english/index.jsp REG ADD %KEY%\iAdd /VE /D "Cyberlink" /f REG ADD %KEY%\iAdd /V Inum /D "CMD /C Start /Wait %SystemDrive%\APPS\Cyberlink\PowerDVD10.exe" /f REG ADD %KEY%\iAdd /V Inum /D "CMD /C Start /Wait %SystemDrive%\APPS\Cyberlink\power2go.exe" /f FLAG1=HKLM\Software\Cyberlink FLAG1=HKCU\Software\Cyberlink FLAG1=HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CyberLink FLAG2=%ProgramFiles%\CyberLink\Power2Go\APREG FLAG2=%ProgramFiles%\CyberLink\Power2Go\Power2Go.sim FLAG2=%ProgramFiles%\CyberLink\Power2Go\Power2GoExpress.sim FLAG2=%ProgramFiles%\CyberLink\Power2Go\Power2GoExpressServer.sim FLAG2=%SystemDrive%\Users\Public\CyberLink\OLReg\HKEY_CLASS_ROOT\CLSID\{397A21FB-EADF-4116-9027-32B8FA04C3E2}\Version\6.0\olreg.ini FLAG2=%ProgramFiles%\CyberLink\PowerDVD10\PowerDVD10.sim FLAG2=%ProgramFiles%\CyberLink\PowerDVD10\AudioFilter\CLAud.sim tried to paste that 1 line 2 times and it messes it up CLSID to force x64 all that is needed is to add _x64 to end of title EX: [ExamDiff_Pro_x64] I only add the _x64 if I'm installing a 64bit program not if I'm installing a 32bit one on a 64bit OS right? Yes that is correct.
  20. No problems downloading here using Avast free, obviously false positive can you not just disable norton until you download. Norton is really bad for that Van will tell you himself he used to use it.
