  9. Windows Sever 2003 is windows xp classic and has no background on first boot after a re-format but the icons are not transparent by default. AaronXP was right then he said that

  12. no not quite the same place why? but having seen a windows 2000 setup theres not much point in changeing the images as it takes about 5 minutes to setup after it comes out of the blue screen.

  18. in the bacth file put this that the end shutdown.exe -r -f that will give you 30 seconds before it shutdowns and restarts your computer

  23. you need to edit the boot.ini so it includes windows 2000 and yes make hd1 the master and not the slave.
