  3. UPDATE: if you can find the dig certifcate for the uxtheme.dll i can digtal sign and then try it in the I386 as a replacement. From Microsoft its self dig signing tool and makes certifcates could be useful

The problem with wfp is that the file in the I386 dir is signed by Microsoft i have tried to replace the file in setup so that wfp is off from the word go but it does not work. so i replace it before i install anything its right that the begining of the batch file. Same with uxtheme.dll i can try to fake a Microsoft Sig but it would be very hard to do this i will look into it for both of us. PS. if you need the file again you can download it from my new site.

  12. lol @ gamehead200 I must say Windows ME is much better than windows 3.11 which i believe you installed the over week in Virtual PC!!

  16. err...html is already in the registry because it comes with windows as default. Opening an htm or html file would require opening internet explorer & there isn't much point in doing that I mean it's nice that it looks cool & all... but the whole point is that I won't be there to see any of it Right let me get this right you what to make a screen to cover the batch file progress but your not going to be there to see it. huh

  20. Why dont you create a good looking slideshow in flash or a program like it have it run at the begining of the batch file and have the batch file behind the slideshow and you get the best of both worlds.
