  1. #1...this thread should be in Application Installs #2...have you read the Guide? I suggest reading the guide...try following the instructions first and then post back under the application installs section for additional assistance
  2. just follow the guides and do it your self... Don't make the mistake I made...READ the whole thing...lol
  3. OrcoXP

    Quartz.dll

What about AX files? I currently have a reg file for CPL and AX files
  4. Are you sure there is not quotes around "C:\Program Files\Winamp\Winamp.exe"? And your fix is right...you can just import a reg file to resolve it until Alanollz releases a fix. Assuming the problem is reproduceable I mean...I didn't test it myself.
  5. @WNR Is that last screen shot with the old size font?
  6. Does anyone know a command line to run a fresh install of Winamp minimized and start the AVS? and possibly set the volume to 50%? Wouldn't that be a cool back drop for your RunOnceEx?
  7. Cheers on the new build!!! I would say an unintrusive everything... Disable registering file extensions and disable the Winamp Agent. So Winamp5093.msi /qb! /xagent=1 /regall=1 would be everything Here's another idea...maybe a wildcard install switch. I don't know if this is possible but maybe something like /STAR1=winamp.ini /STAR2=".\Plugins\ColorThemes\Winamp Modern\Forum Themes Collection.xml" Maybe not...my eyes are sometimes bigger than my stomach [edit] Oh and disable the context menus!
  8. Why not take a snapshot of the changes to the registry and then undo the unwanted ones... Active Registry Monitor will allow you to make an undo file
  9. The colors are a little dull but that's it here... Try this: http://myresume.mine.nu/SingKrnl.exe
  10. Could you add the propaganda back...or tell me how to do it?
  11. I use WMP for all files but Winamp for Playlists. @Oneless The Winamp MSI has installation switches for video, audio and playlists. http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?act=ST&f=80&t=46716
  12. Whoa, ...! Did I just contribute something?
  13. I would love that for a boot screen that would be brillant, I would do it myself but my pc wont run BootEditor something about a runtime error <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Try this method... Create a CMD file with these contents: cmdow @ /HID @echo off FOR /F "tokens=3 delims= " %%A IN ('REG QUERY "HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager\Environment" /v NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS') DO SET NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS=%%A bootcfg /copy /D "Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /ID 1 if %NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS%==2 goto DUAL bootcfg /RAW "/Kernel=SingKrnl.exe" /A /ID 2 goto End :DUAL bootcfg /RAW "/Kernel=DualKrnl.exe" /A /ID 2 :End bootcfg /Timeout 2 bootcfg /Default /ID 2 and put SingKrnl.exe and DualKrnl.exe in $OEM$\$$\System32
  14. @All Just so that everyone knows the Luna Element entries have been moved to it's own thread...wanted to give the link because I subscibed to the old one but it kept notifying me of it but it was gone when I clicked the link...so here it is: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=48785 @WNR Verdana seems easier to read. Does this latest version have the billboards? @mitch_anderson How about this for a start? BootScreen They sensored my original link...lol In fact this is what originally made me request this...but it's so good I'm going to try to modify it to match the BBU. But if anyone else wants to tackle this please feel free...I was thinking of moving the progress bar down under the logo in the bottom right. @Glent Wow, I have been using RunOnceEx from CD...but that might just change my mind. @All The OOBE stuff (as I have been told) is located on the hard drive after the install in the folder here: %WINDOWS%\system32\oobe @All I hate to be picky but I have seen many references to my name being Orca and OrcaXP rather than Orco and/or OrcoXP...I wanted t make a request to correct that because it's making me self conscious about my weight...lol WNR & Glent You guys should stand up for you standing ovation!!! You both should upload your work to DeviantArt! What is the policy of providing links to other forums here?
  15. Wow, just sat back and stared at it for a bit...what a think of beauty!
  16. You just brought a tear to my eye. It's brilliant. But maybe instead of red for the completed ones maybe green? And did you remove the propaganda from the last one? And I think I liked the small icons better... but that's alright. You ROCK!
  17. @WNR That looks awesome... If you could bring back the billboards, change the logo and maybe have the bitmaps for the completed items look different it would be magnificent!!! But as it stands right now...I'm sure LOTS of people in the Luna Element Thread over at Neowin would appreciate getting their hands on it. BTW can I get my hands on that one...maybe I can do the rest of what I need myself. Send me a PM or an email. Thanks Mate!
  18. in your winnt.sif file add this: [GuiUnattended] OEMSkipWelcome = 1
  19. Try this... http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?act=ST&f=89&t=39005 You may want to follow RyanVM's instructions for integrating his pack
