  1. :prof Just had an idea-- poledit was part of Win 98's Resource kit. It [i:82fbcd5ac7]might[/i:82fbcd5ac7] do the same thing.
  2. So sorry. :wail: I'm running WinXP pro. I just assumed it was in all versions.
  3. I've been trying to tweak the WinXP Places bar for weeks. Then I finally opened gpedit [i:37e72be4ef](C:WINDOWSsystem32gpedit.msc)[/i:37e72be4ef]. Under Windows Explorer, there's a plugin which allows you to do just that.
  4. Try running gpedit [i:4199a081ac](C:WINDOWSsystem32gpedit.msc)[/i:4199a081ac]. Some of the settings are for MMC, and may determine which plugins you see. LOL.
  5. Try running gpedit [i:0e7903f39d](C:WINDOWSsystem32gpedit.msc)[/i:0e7903f39d]. Some of the settings are for MMC, and may determine which plugins you see. LOL.
