i'm having problem with my BT seeding. i have no problem with uploading when i'm downloading on the same file. But when i'm seeding a torrent, i don't have any upload, even when my BT client have detect peers, i cannot connect to them. i have this problem with all the BT clients i have, the only way that works is by using super seed mode, but that's not even 1/20 of my upload speed. the system i'm using is Windows XP SP2, please help

i'm on my way building my boot menu, i have follow the guide by flyakite. he said to type in "A" with 2 dots on top to make a straight line, but i dont know how to type it, and when i copy the word directly to the cdshell.ini and run it, it doesnt work. I wonder how to solve this problem. Also, how to set up the menu so that the selection line up in the center like this: winxp pro win2000 pro win server 2003

my situation: i want to reinstall my windows xp, and my 200G HD is slave drive and contain files i have try a few times of installation before. in the first time, when i finish setup, with no service pack, it shows around 120G, i have to reformat the hd with the "LifeGuard" disc it provide, and i lost alot of my old file that was in the drive in my second time, i created two partition of 100G each, with files and after i reinstall xp, with sp1 installed, one partion is fine, and another one cannot show some files, and i have to reformat the whole drive again... some of my files and folder name in the slave drive are not in english can someone plz help
