I saw in his post history that he requested support for OLED pixel shift on the taskbar. That is in his post history and not deleted. I would guess that request was ignored because it is very much outside of the scope of what SAB is trying to do and he must have asked again. I can't confirm that because the post was deleted but I'm not surprised if it was if he kept asking and then got aggressive. There's no place to be rude to the developer, especially when asking for a highly niche feature that most users won't take advantage of.

What were you requesting?

The app is like $5. I don't know what your gripe is but changes to the taskbar were made because of Microsoft, not because Tihiy wanted to rewrite the taskbar.

Safer to just do: https://www.startallback.com/download.php?v=3.7.11 or whatever verison you want as long as Tihiy still is hosting it.

Explorer Patcher doesn't support it either.

Read the full release notes for ALPHA1 and ALPHA2. It's a new taskbar in 3.8+. 7+ Taskbar Tweaker is not supported.

Hey @Tihiy I found a bug. Use the menu in startallbackcfg.exe to move the taskbar. The task icons will disappear for about 10 seconds. Edit: here is a screen recording https://www.dropbox.com/t/a0CDM8u6TRQarvBr Edit 1: Found another bug. Unlocking the taskbar and dragging it to a new location will cause it to freeze for 10 seconds or so. Edit 2: Both are a compatibility issue with Networx. @rseiler progress bars work for me with that config.

Yup. Use 3.8, it's been trickling down the rings for a few weeks now. I guess it just hit prod.

I have a horizontal TB. It looks normal for me. Maybe a bug.

Ask @Tihiy. I'm not the developer. I can just state what I see. When I download something in a Chromium based browser I don't get a progress bar. When I copy a file in Directory Opus I do get a progress bar however.

Yeah. If I download something in Vivaldi there is no progress bar. I can't test 3.7.11 because all of my machines are up to date 24H2.

I download T2 at least once or twice a day and check the code signing date. 😂
