Hi, i have no intentions to install KernelEx in my Me VM (last time I tried I screwed up) but... can anyone guide me on what's a decent browser that will work for some less intense websites? I saw the retroZilla project and although thats for w95 i also saw mentioned a tls1.2 build by @roytam1 would this be a good idea? Thanks

Yeah roytam1 is probably the most dedicated developer out there and tbh I won't let PMdevs stop me from using a browser that has been ported from their work, by a very decent person

What's the best browser then? I don't WANT to touch New Moon given the official PM devs are absolutely childish... dunno if that belongs in new thread tho

Is this possible to do? I'd not be surprised if an older version of the drivers works with iOS 12 or the W7 drivers work... thanks

I noticed that the x64 version of Office 2010 doesn't support XP x64 but does support XP x86 (in its respective version), is there a possible way to spoof as Vista SP1/2 x64 and install Office 2010? I've seen it mentioned on TechNet that it's possible and doesn't create any issue but don't know the exactly easiest method to do it. thanks.

XP x64 is based on Server 2003 and therefore updates for it stopped in July 2015 (I remember the day, I was listening to a radio broadcast on BBC WS that mentioned it). That means no TLS 1.1 or 1.2 for XP x64, because the update KB4019276 shipped in February 2018. Unless you use the proxy route mentioned above, which will also allow you to use ECCs in IE/Chrome. It won't work if FFXIV now uses an ECC without the proxy regardless of whether you're on x86 or x64.

I'd like to install using AHCI mode instead of IDE mode XP Pro x64 on my Packard Bell iMedia S3210 (that has an nForce chipset, and an AMD Athlon 64 x2 7450 processor), using nLite? I'd preferably also want to integrate the rest of the device drivers too that pertain to the computer, such as the GeForce 8200 driver, ALC888, other nForce and also a TP-Link TL-WN823N WLAN driver, not sure how much this will bump up the ISO size, but I want to keep it below 956MB so it'll fit on an old USB. I have a 1:1 copy of the ISO obtainable from MSDN (en_win_xp_pro_x64_vl or something) and the hashes match so it shouldn't fail... thanks.
