My laptop is lenovo G480, model 20149. WIndows 8.1, x64bit

I have problem with my hibernation. When i choose hibernate, the screen go black. after half an hour, my laptop still not hibernate at all. so i plug off my laptop, then restart again. Yesterday before i sleep i try hibernate again. Then when i woke up in this morning, my laptop still run and didn't hibernate at all. Pls tell me how to solve this.. I feel so worry.. Thx!

I reboot again and start trace hibernate again. it seems like got problem with my hibernation. When i press enter to run the command, the screen go black. after half an hour, my laptop still not hibernate at all. so i plug off my laptop, then restart again. so Is it my hibernation got problem? How to solve this? Thx!

I use this method xbootmgr -trace hibernate -traceFlags BASE+CSWITCH+DRIVERS+POWER -resultPath C:\TEMP Then it appear Microsoft® Windows® Performance Analyzer Couldn't start tracing session to 'C: \TEMP hibernate_BASE+ cswircH+ DRIVERS+ POWER_l_km_premer ge.etl' (0x000000b7). Unable to start trace.
