    Dear all, I recently encountered a slow booting Win2012 R2 Server and cannot find the problem. As you can see in the ProcMon Screenshot, the server hangs for approx 10 minutes after/while loading the Regkey HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup. As this server is a VM I can see 100% CPU load for one (1) core of the VM during these 10 minutes. I tried also opening this Regkey with regedit, but it's constantly crashing when trying to open it. Hopefully you can give me some hints. Best, Oliver
