  1. Hi all, Would first like to thank MSFN for the brilliant tutorials they provide on making installing windows the simplest task ever. I am now on my 5th attempt at creating an unnatended CD, and have always failed. At first I used Nlite which was said to be able to do unnattended setups and Sata driver integration, but the CD failed to even get to the file loading point within the windows setup. Anyway, all you need to know is my past attempts have also failed, but this time I decided to just use Nlite (even downloaded the very newest one from the nlite site) to slipstream SP2 and nothing else - as this is what you need to create a unnatended disk and burn it to cd, as my previous windows is XP Pro Service Pack 1. So now I have my SP2 disk, and I copied the contents to D:\myXP as explained in Xpers guide which I downloaded from the top, I then continued to add my Sata drivers using this guide, used ISO buster and Nero to create the bootable CD and made sure all the iso options were fine, double checked everything. I then decided to test it, restarted PC with CD and it continued to load, and to my happiness it loaded the SATA drivers, and found the disk with no need of pressing F6. But unfortunatly when it was copying the files to be loaded, it told me it couldnt load this certain dll file, i pressed enter to retry and it worked, but then it got stuck on driver.cab, and pressing retry about 8 times would not load it , this is where all my past cds have failed , they can never load driver.cab. Unfortunatly at the moment I am using poor quality CDs which only like being burnt at 24x speed, do you think this is the reason the files could be not copying? Any help would be gladly appreciated. Regards Mark
