Hi, after a while, when a lot of programs are installed, and each of the has its own fileformat, they make an entry in the "right-click-submenu" under New. For examle when I want to create a new folder, it takes some seconds until the whole menu is loaded, because of all the file formats, which appear. Hi, I would like to install a driver for my card reader unattended, but I just cant do it. Im pretty advanced in doing this, so I need help. All of the files are in one folder. There is a file called setup.exe, which you use to start a normal installation. After that an installshield window appears and starts the .msi file. That are the basics, if U need more info, please ask. So, what I tried: .msi /QN ; running setup.exe -R; and then with -s no joy. Only thing I can think of is creating an .mst file for the .msi. Next time please try to be more accurate! Ok, so why does your nlited iso doesnt work? There can beso many reasons, that you should give a try and provide more info. About integrating drivers, there are two possibilities(or maybe more:) :1. Create a $OEM$\$1\Drivers folder on your cd, then place your drivers in different foldersinto it. After that you need to add a some lines in winnt.sif, for example [Unattended] OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\Raid;Drivers\sata;Drivers\Xerox;Drivers\Usb2;Drivers\Ethernet" DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore Of course you need to adjust it foryour drivers. 2. is just integrate them with nlite, also easy. My keyboard works in bios, so in windows I can work with it without installing any drivers. After installing the newest logitech driversI can acess myspecial buttons on it. So its probably just a small registry key, that commands windows to wait for a time to look for bluetooth devices. I dont know... Its depressing. Thanks for any help.bye

Ok, I found out what is the major problem- my Logitech Dinovo bluetooth keyboard does the hang. When I unplug it from the PC, it starts normally. I have no idea how to solve that...have to look around. Anyway, thanks a lot for your responses. bye

Hi, when I start my PC, all is fine until the windows Xp logo appears, and then disappears forabout 3-5minutes. After that period Xp resumes booting normally. The bad thing is, that the startup lasts so long! Ive got xp sp2 5.1.2600.2180. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot in forward.

Hi, if Ure doing it just for a kind of performance "boost", leave your system as it is, U wont get even a % more!! If Ure doing it for another reason- there is an option to include the driver-first leave your HDD pluged in, and on the SATA adapter plug another HDD. Then install the driver for the 2nd HDD. Now, turn off, put your bootHDD on the SATA adapter, and normally XP finds the drivers U've installed previously:) Eventhough I suggest reinstalling:) Bye
