  1. The problem with iexpress (I think.. ) is it has a lower compression ratio.
  2. This is for YanicSoft WinXP Manager.
  3. No. If you try to compress it with UPX, you will not be able to use it.
  4. I didn't have any problem with flashget and yahoo. Even if the clipboard monitor is activated. But chikka, it's always f**ked up.
  5. I tried using the -k --best switch on the shortcut, but it ignores the -k. I don't know why. But anyway, the --best works.
  6. Makes sense. So what are the other options on using it?
  7. Simon, I'm not good on these things, but this is another way that I figured out. I placed UPX is in the my system32 folder, and I just added this shortcut to my %userprofile%\sendto The "Close on exit" must be checked. I think it does the same thing. Any ideas? SendTo_UPX_Shortcut.zip
  8. Not the latest version. Version 1.0.5.5 I suppose.
  9. Nice! Really fast! However, I don't know the purpose of this switch. --crp-ms=999999
  10. Hahaha!! It's alright buddy. It happens to me too all the time.
  11. I also use Quick Batch File Compiler. I just use it because of the "Ghost" feature (no need to use cmdow! ). The problem that I noticed with this nice program is... sometimes it doesn't run all the commands (for a batch file with long series of commands). The solution that works for me is adding spaces (or echo) between lines.
  12. But of course! Thanks for the info about network install too. I didn't know that.
  13. Hello Simon! I tried your command, and it worked. Did you hit "refresh" after the compression?
  14. I don't know about network install. But I always place my $OEM$ at the root of my DVD. And I think charlo is not making a network unattended installation.
  15. I don't know how to change the GUI of WinRAR.. Sorry Astalavista.
  16. Hmm... This is your problem. Your $OEM$ folder should be at the root of your CD/DVD, the same level as the I386.
  17. You can find information here. http://autorun.moonvalley.com/autoruninf.htm
  18. That is a huge icon. I sugest deleting the other icon files inside your icon. Especially the 128x128. That costs a lot of space. If you use PETITE, the icon is not included in the compression. (I'm guessing )
  19. @RyanVM UPX's compression is better. I will update my first post. Thanks. UPX -k --best DEFAULT.SFX
  20. Hahaha!! Do you want a PDF for the Tagalog version? Hahaha!! @RyanVM I'm gonna try it.
  21. Thanks buddy. Any suggestions? Hey, don't be cruel on me. This is my first time!
  22. Hmm.. I'm not sure. I saw UPX but I haven't tried it yet.
