hi i have some batches which i want run fully invisible (normaly always gg). the batches run fine on my normal system.. but in installationmode of windows nothing will run. my installtion is about MCE 2005 i run some exe out from xplode and one bye SetupPrams at T-9 NOTE: suddenly the exe also don't run in normal mode after installtion of MCE, but the batch. *?* does anyone confirm the problem or agree that this will happen if anything is checkt or something other? i run QBFC in ghost mode (nothing to see) or does anyone know another easy cmd to exe tool or maybe another method to hide cmd windows completly?! (absolutly nothing)

in short: you have no solution to do it in that way that i wanna do... any hacked file... edit in hive or something your suggestions are all right and good - but want it to create a cd easy a possible that everyone can understand whats happen...and its easier for someone to see files on cd which are later the same on hdd instead of... here theres a big exe...later we have all documents... - it's a bit of projekt for my school (exam). when does $Docs run?

i know what you mean and how do you mean it but... thats no real solution for me... run something her... maybe somehting there.. i know that this workes... and that your method would be the easiest... but i want to use the normal method..

hi guys.... got a problem... of course... unattended... $DOCS\USER1\ folder will copy correctly... with the files with the First login... the Profil folder created a a new folder user1.computername why? Profiledir: USER1 USER1.COMPUTERNAME USER2 USER2.COMPUTERNAME it's like crashing... windows: "before i do something wrong or will overwrite something ...than i will create a new folder" **** it... anyone can help me? MCE 2005 something special... (but i don't think thats the reasen) Normaly it's: USER1\My Documents\ (i hope i translatet it right... because my folder is called "Eigene Dateien" (german)) but in mce it shows: USER1\Documents from USER1\ IT SHOWS!... but i can access via USER1\My Documents\ - i delted thumb.db (because for the testinstall it is an image)

if you can get a Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 install it with a Pro key... than you will have the "newest" windows pro edition with WMP10 MCE detect's the key...

i got it from windowsupdate v5 or windowsupdate v4 windows catalog. - i will also use runonce... for the 2 updates i know the failure... in logfile there a line... "Return Value From IsMediaCenterPc = 0" i think in T-13 windows issnt Media Center, Only Professional and the Update.exe won't install but why does MS support integrate if it doesn't work *rollingeyes*

no difference and update.exe says allways succsessfull integratet.

KB888316.exe also weren't installed but integrated (i will install twice with xplode i think that will work) and i know that i have to choose one for integration KB885523.exe or KB885894.exe but why? does anyone know where the problem is?

Hi stupid question... but maybe someone knows more than i in this aspect. I don't understand why the integrated rollup won't be installed. i integrated it like: xxx.exe -integrate:X:\CD the svcpack folder contains: MC05Upd1.exe and CAT [KB8763369] svcpack.inf: than.. i tried to install it twice with xplode (same installation) <execute display='Updaterollup 1 - Windows Media Center Edition 2005' program='%sourcedrive%\I386\svcpack\MC05Upd1.exe' arguments='/quiet /norestart'/> nothing... in Applications there's no Update roll pack... (i checked at the top that update thing) in a third installation (manuel) after installtion... with /quiet /norestart i works... can someone help me of give me a hint? [sorry for my english, german guy gg]
