Im using Acronis server image for long time now and i didnt got a problem like this before, first of all this image saved in 14-12 and in 26 and due a problems with Hardware i needed to restore the saved image, image restored fine (its image for 2003 server with AD and domain) but users couldnt login, everytime someone try to log in its receive messeage indicate a problem with the domain, i checked the domain and find the DNS working fine and machine can ping it finally, when i checked the logs in the server i find that there is error about the machine blh tryed to access the domain and its faild the error is: access denied there was errors from all machines which tried to access who ever the user, i got another error from kerberos and a third one about unable to connect to the time server, anyway , i tried to disable kerberos form windows2003 registry but its didnt help, after trying for long time i find the only solution is getting machines out of domain and assign them back to a workgroup then re join them to the domain that was the solution any ideas about the reason and easier solution ?

But i got the same problem in windows 2003 when i use a romaing profile which saved over the LAN, and i need to click always ok before i can open a shortcut or something its so annoying.

I have XP clients in windows 2000 Domain controller, after installing service pack 2 i noticed that the machines keep warning users before opening any files and dont show again option is grayed, i looked in the group policy but i didnt find any related object, this warning coming up even when the user click in a shortcut, are you sure you want to open blh.lnk it may contain virus and so on, its an annoying feature any tweak to disable it ?

Well i got the reason but after i formatted, its ATI new catalyst its a problem between it and ATI 7000 64 mb, i wonder why they didnt send a warning about it its so clear when i install this drive its make the problem with videos when i uninstall it and install the earlier version of catalyst everything working back again, i warn you all about this issue.

Im suffer from a so sucks problem in my machine, there is a problems with the codecs on the machine and even wmv and other build it supported codecs in windows media player dont wanna work, its simply crash the player and somteims its crach the whole of the machine leaving only the mouse moving, this thing happen as well with jet audio and other players, is there anyway to uninstall all the installed codecs from the machine and re install them as needed ? everytime i uninstall them from the device manager i find them back with the first restart or with closing and re open the device manager, help me please.

I got the same problem and in the end i find the solution thanks GOD, its happen cause of changed values in registry related to winsock, all what you need is WinsockXPFix.exe apply it and then reboot
