@grabben Do not rush things man. I will try what maxXPsoft is doing in his topic, then I will decide if it is possible or not. @Floppy The autounattend.xml contains only info related for automating the setup. So if you add drivers the autounattend.xml will not get changed. And yes you could add drivers to an image that already has drivers integrated. I hope that helps. Regards

@grabben Here is what you need to do 1. Enable the debug mode before applying your settings 2. Apply 3. Wait until it says Integrating wallpaper 4. After that it will say "integrating wallpapers finished" 5. After that it will say press any key to continue 6. Do not press anything just exit the command window Now your settings have been applied but not saved and the image is still unmounted You will get all the updates on twitter. Regards

@felzio Read the first post. It is clearly stated that do not use 7Customizer on a modified image. @Floppy Testing 64bit Windows in a virtual machine might not work most of the times @Rav Hmmmm, no this issue is related to 7Customizer. I will try to resolve it in a future release. @zeezam No you cannot do it with 7Customizer(and I am not planning to implement this feature) but you can do it with imagex. @Bishop Hmmm, makes me wondering. Anyways, it will need some research. I will try to find out later and respond to you. @RedRSX04 Glad it worked for you. Could you post your log? It would be really helpful. @beatmaster Could you post your log and which wallpaper was not accepted? @grabben Do not distribute parts of WAIK. It is against the rules and it is not permitted by M$. Remove the link please. @myselfidem Thanks man for this tip. It will really help. At least people will not come and report this issue. Thanks again. @grabben No. Sorry for that. The only two places you could get 7Customizer with my permission is http://www.msfn.org and http://www.german-unattended.de Do you mean like when everything is done do not unmount the image? If that what you mean then use the debug mode feature and before unmounting just exit the command window. Regards

@DesiGaizu You are welcome. I hope you post your log after experimenting with 7Customizer. @expert_1st You are welcome. @Hopie Hmmm. Strange. You are the only member who faced such problems. In 0.4.x release, I will add more info to the log. It might help finding the problem. As I suggested before, try 7Customizer in another machine. Regards

@Peakr Yeah that could be possible. However, it will need more coding and work. I will think about it. Anyways, could you post your autounattend.xml file. It does not depend on the name. It is an integer value. 1 means home 2 means ..... etc. I checked this part and it was OK. The network that you mentioned, is it the network that Windows 7 detected automatically or it was detected after you installed a driver? Thank you for your feedback. Regards

@grabben In the visual guide, I installed 2 language packs: Arabic and French. When I switched between Arabic and French, it did not ask me for a new user. I suggest that you create a new customized installation source where you do the same steps. Then post the log and your autounattend.xml. If you could also test it in a virtual machine instead of your laptop and post a screen shot. Regards

@@pedilover Thanks man for your feedback From your log, I found that 7Customizer does not label the ISO. Hmmm, I will find out why. Anyways thanks. @notosapien sigh. There is a note in the first post and a note inside 7Customizer itself that clearly states that it is not an issue. Hmmmm, I think this is becoming annoying when people ask about stuff that are right under their eyes. Anyways, next time I will pretend I did not see such posts @franner Thanks for reporting. @cluberti Thanks man. It will be fixed in the next release. Regards

@Hopie No this is the same problem. I do not know actually. I think the problem is related to your Windows. Could you try 7Customizer in a different PC and see if it works. @bobthenob OK. I will test this. Hmmmm.Strange, I have tested this. I saved my preset twice using the same file and it worked fine. @martinss The post before your post has just reported the same problem. Regards
-
@wazer It is a hard question because I was very busy. Anyways I just released a new version. @bobthenob You are most welcome When you left the password blank did you type in a user name? You need to type in a user name or it will ask for a user name @Hopie Then could you try 7Customizer in another folder or another drive. @grabben There is an old saying from ancient civilizations that says "Always backup your file". However, people (most of the time) learn this saying the hard way Regards

@beyondunlimited OK. Thanks for sharing. As I said before it is unlikely that I will implement disk partition feature in 7Customizer. To resolve this issue there is some settings you could add in autounattend.xml that will setup the partitons in the way you want. Anyways, I prefer not to discuss this feature. Regards
