Its just that its kinda annoying that i'll have to make my own windows 98 boot cd just to get this to work

It always did that, it's been doing the same crap for over 5 months since i installed Me, just that i only bothered to post it now. Opera 9.5 works fine, i've tested it, however i have no reason to switch from 9.27 as the new tab bar design looks like s*** on Win9x. I removed the ads in yah messy now, i think it's the first time i bother with them. Maybe it was the stupid flash ads causing the trouble, time will tell. Try it on windows 98 se? Try running the system resource monitor program to see if they are really running low and what point in the program it starts to happen?

ummm well anyways I tried starting the win 98 setup and i got this error "The "Unable to control A20 Line" error message"

virtualization sucks I ahve yet seen a good one and i've used them all..... AC 97 sound card so i guess that has 9x and ethernet cards always have 9x drivers..... I have an ati ati hd 2600 for video card... that will be the problem i guess?

I'm guessing it would install but I guess the drivers for it might be a problem?

windows ME is a few years newer then 98se so it doesn't make sense

THe last pack for windows ME was made over a year ago...... WIndows 98 se is kept more up to date with the latest patches that they steal from 2k and xp

and I can't believe how much faster windows ME boots! its real fast! I think i might switch back to 98se due to all the projects being geared to 98 se...
