Whenever I install the update for Microsoft VM, it says that it will only update the existing VM files...Then, the next day, Windows Update keeps asking me to install it again... This has been happening over and over again....Any ideas why>

Out of the following processes, which can I disable with services.msc without screwing up my computer (BTW, I use this computer as my web server ): csrss.exe explorer.exe lsass.exe services.exe smss.exe spoolsv.exe svchost.exe svchost.exe svchost.exe svchost.exe winlogon.exe wmiadap.exe I know there's a website out there that tells you which processes you can disable, I just forget what its called...

cuz the e-mail address's domain said @microsoft.com and the smtp server used was microsoft.com...for some reason, i was made an admin...
