Windows XP Professional SP1 with ALL the updates! When I go to view my network connections, like dial-up, High-Speed, etc...Above all of that is a Group called Internet Gateway with an Internet Gateway which is enabled...If I disable it, I cannot connect to the Internet...I will post a screeny ASAP since my computer is now off since I am going out...Please help?

For some strange reason, in my network connections, I found a gateway that I have no idea how it got there since I never installed one...Is there a way to get rid of it? BTW, I tried pressing the delete button when I right-click on it, but its not "highlighted"... Oh, and I did TWO system restores and nothing happened...

Try using a Windows 2000 setup disk and use the recovery console...You can copy files through that since it bypasses the Administrator's password in XP (I heard) and lets you do whatever you want!

Doggie, you can just make Win2K3 act as a workstation by disabling the right services...Then it runs fine!
